2XKO’s active development is ending in December 2026 because it costs more to run than it brings in. We get it — but before the door closes, we’re asking Riot to consider an option that hasn’t been on the table: us.
This community isn’t just tournament players and gamers. It’s game designers, QA/bug testers, 3D artists and animators, marketing and finance minds, and content creators — many of whom would work for flexible, lower-cost rates because we actually love this game and want to see it live.
We’re not asking for a blank check or a miracle. We’re asking Riot to open a freelance/community-contributor pipeline — flexible, part-time talent to help polish, bug-fix, and support ongoing content — instead of shutting active development down entirely.
