Refund & Return Policy

Physical products (apparel & merch)

My merch is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, I can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection — please double-check the size chart before ordering. However:

• Defective, damaged, or misprinted items: contact me within 30 days of delivery with a photo and I will replace the item or refund you in full — no questions asked.
• Lost in transit: if your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact me for a free replacement or refund.

Digital products (overlays, alerts, downloads)

Digital products are delivered instantly and therefore are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have any issue with a digital product — file problems, import trouble, missing pieces — reach out and I’ll make it right.

Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time. No-shows are not refundable.

Shipping Policy

• Physical products are produced on demand by my print partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping.
• United States: Standard Shipping — $4.79, typically 3–5 business days after production.
• International: International Standard — $11.99, typically 10–20 business days after production. Customs fees, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Digital products are delivered instantly via download link at checkout and by email — no shipping.

Digital Product License

Digital products (stream overlays, alerts, widgets, emotes) are licensed for personal use on your own channels and streams. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files. You may use them in monetized streams and videos on your own channels.
